Dried Lavender by the Pound
Loose, bulk dried Lavender has been rubbed off the stem and is the flower buds only. Screening removes any stem debris before packaging and weighing.

"Sweet" Lavender 2008 has a great colour from blending "Munstead" and "Hidcote" angustifolia varieties, these are the best choices in culinary delights for flavour and colour.
